My Story
I’ve always believed in the power of equity — not just as a principle, but as a practice.

My professional goal is to lead the achievement of global gender equity. But at a personal level, my mission runs deeper: to have a positive impact on one billion lives. That might sound ambitious — and it is — but every workshop, audit, conversation, and system shift adds up. I’m here for the long game.

My path to this work has been shaped by both lived experience and deep research. After completing a PhD on gender equity in the mining industry, I saw firsthand how policy, culture, and leadership often fail to align — and how much potential is unlocked when they do. I’ve since worked across government, industry, and the not-for-profit sector to help turn good intentions into real change.

What I bring to the table is a mix of insight and action — academic rigour without the jargon, practical tools without the tick-boxes. I work with people who are serious about making equity more than a statement.
Based in Western Australia, I’m raising a family of future changemakers and building a body of work that’s local in delivery and global in ambition.

This work is personal. It always has been.
